What is water softener?
Water softener is such kind of water treatment plant that can reduce water hardness and make it soft for human daily life consumption.

Why we need a water softener?
Because if the water we are using is hard, it will cause great problems for human healthy, so we need a softener to help us to live safe and healthy.

In what kind of situation should we adopt a water softener?
When the water we are using has some white suspended items when boiled, or there is some scale on the surface of cup when placed for some time,that shows the water is hard. We need a water softener to reduce it’s hardness and make it healthy for human consumption.

c. Resin cation: replaced about every 2 years. 25L/bag, 75L/set
d. PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1 month. 5pcs/set
e. Ro membrane: replaced about every 2 year. 4pcs/set

We suggest you buy 1- 2 years of PP filter cartridges and ship together with machine.

Because these PP filter cartridges need to replace every month.

Main Parts functions

Quartz sand filter: fill quarts sand inside, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc.

Activated carbon filter: fill activated carbon inside, to remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances.

Security filter: fill PP filter cartridge inside, prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.

Water softener: add cation resin inside , absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water.

RO membrane: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts.

UV sterilizer: for killing bacterial in water, be safe for drinking.
